You can also go the route of the pixel which has the sensor on the back with perfect placement. And it's faster then any apple unlock ive used.

- abrugsch 7y agolast 2 phones I've had have had a fingerprint sensor on the back. Every time I pick it up, the phone is unlocked before my eyes hit the screen. Any kind of face unlocking just seems clunky in comparison
