Some searching around on YouTube [1][2][3] reveals a bunch of cars on greek plates with mixed paintjobs, fancy designs, stickers etc. Some of those (especially 70s muscle cars) are stock from the factory, so perhaps there's an exception for that, a bunch of the rest are not stock.
