- cbames89 7y agoMaybe at the highest end, they're 3000, but a quick search of apartments.com shows there are still plenty of nice apartments to be had in the 1000-1500 range.
- journalctl 7y agoThis is happening in just about every decently-sized city. Demand has gone up, but very little new housing stock is being built.
- sliken 7y agoThat and Berkshire Hathaway is buying up homes at an impressive rate and then driving up the rental costs.
