As someone who wrote a lot of charts in d3.js I must say that just using React instead of d3.js is a lot less overhead. But that's my opinion.

- wattenberger 7y agoI share your opinion! And that's actually partially why I wrote this post - it's really great to know the different utility methods of d3.js to help render a data viz (using React, etc).
