Xcode can't install apps on the iPhone ? Or Cydia ?
- _bxg1 7y agoThat's a laughably unrealistic way to run a business, and I'm sure violates Apple's policies.
- foobar_ 7y agoDid you even read the about the App he is trying to build? It's for fucking developers.
- _bxg1 7y agoDiscoverability, payment processing, and effort barrier still matter. This isn't just a hobby project, he intended it to be his primary income. Don't be obtuse.
- foobar_ 7y agoI'd just pivot around the problem or sue Apple under some bullshit legalese.
- Jeremy1026 7y agoDo you have enough money to drag out a legal battle against a company worth $965 billion? I sure as hell don't.
- foobar_ 7y agoEasier to sue an Apple employee for sexual harassment I guess. I didn't say I would play fair!
- SketchySeaBeast 7y agoI feel as though this has stopped being a good faith discussion.
- _bxg1 7y agoI don't think it ever was.
- dang 7y agoCould you please stop posting flamebait and/or unsubstantive comments to HN? You've been doing it a lot, and we ban accounts that post that way. I don't want to ban you. https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html
- SketchySeaBeast 7y agoWhat's your intent with those apps? If it's it to hit the mass market, that's not looking great.
