Thanks for this brilliant info.
Is there an official government website to check wait times?
- pkaye 7y agoI'll see if I can still find the official links.
- pkaye 7y agoThe visa bulletin shows wait times and is updated on a monthly basis. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2019/visa-bulletin-for-september-2019.html https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/v... And here is general information on the how to figure out your priority dates. https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/visa-availability-priority-dates https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/visa-availability-priority-d... I'd suggest you also scope out visajourney.com though it is not official. https://www.visajourney.com/content/times/ https://www.visajourney.com/content/times/ But if you have a lawyer then they should be able to look this all up.
