I'm currently on the H1B visa but would love to start my own company at some point and given that I'm an Indian national, I'm probably never getting a GC through the EB2/EB3 category. What are some of the visa options for someone like me who wants to start a business?
- proberts 7y agoThe approach is going to be very fact-specific so it's hard to say in general (and probably requires a phone call) but the options that many entrepreneurs/founders pursue are a concurrent part-time H-1B through their own company or an O-1 through their own company, although both of these come with their own issues and challenges.
