I would pay good money for a Chrome extension that would intelligently remove opening vignettes and other human-interest crud that every writer feels compelled to insert in putative analysis.
- opportune 7y agoI agree, but I'm kind of curious as to why it's so pervasive. There must be some sort of A/B test that writers have done that proves it improves engagement. But which people actually are more engaged by it?
