Pownce was floundering because Twitter basically made them irrelevant. Flightcaster hasn't been around all that long and seemed to be doing fine. It's pretty unlikely that they sold for a price that they're unhappy with.
- skmurphy 16y agoNot clear what the real situation was and it may be difficult to determine for a while. They clearly abandoned their initial business and business model completely, no shame in that, but this may just be a talent acquisition.
