I mean, there are some reasons not to use NOT IN (https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Don%27t_Do_This#DON.27T_USE_NOT_IN https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Don%27t_Do_This#DON.27T_USE...) but that's not a problem if you just have a list of ids.
