- chaboud 7y agoSubject-matter expert. One critical way to become a better learner on a team (that is, a far less annoying learner) is to recognize when to ask a question of someone else and when to just Google/Portal/XPlore/etc it. Interactive mentors will be far more welcoming when they feel like you’ve earned the roadblock that you’re up against.
