First US President to step foot in North Korea. No other President before him has done that.
- michaelmrose 7y agoAny US president could have presented the Kim family with a photo Op. This is not a meaningful accomplishment.
- arcadeparade 7y agoAt the moment you are correct but if things work out with Korea he could be remembered, rightly or wrongly as the person who started a new path.
- michaelmrose 7y agoHe started by ridiculing said person on twitter and then obediently appearing for a photo op when he stroked his ego. If anything is accomplished it will be because china put the screws to them.

- andybak 7y agoHow many people remember Nixon for China over his other "accomplishments"? (I'm British and first I heard about it growing up was via the opera)
- Throw_Away_5382 7y agoYou are trying really hard to find something positive about Trump. That is not really of such a large historical importance.
