Organization of code at a larger granularity than individual functions, is something that's really useful and important in most non-trivial applications. Topicality and meaningfulness of organization is something that should be valued. Removing or skipping it because Joe can't be bothered separating his String, Text File and Process funcs would be foolishness. Resulting in only a new form of spaghetti.
