1 Everybody fails. Not everybody learns from failure.
2 A manager will say at least one negative thing about you. Not everyone grows from criticism.
Your goals:
1) You can recognize your failures, take responsibility for your failures, fix your failures, and learn from them
2) You can take constructive criticism, recognize that criticism is not personal, and use it to improve yourself.
The person you do NOT want to be is the one who blames others, sees not fault in themselves, and never grows.
