On a scale from bad to good customer support, Google is on the far left and Amazon on far right - from my (paying) customer point of view.
- yowlingcat 7y agoIn my experience with AWS Amazon's paid support isn't always great, but they at least try to give you something to pay for so you can get what you pay for. This is in stark contrast to Google.
