If you have any concerns or suspicions of abuse of these forums - hit Contact (bottom right on the page) and Dang and the crew will check it out, may be something innocuous like a bug or some other reason. But they take things seriously and will look into it and get back to you. While back I saw a valid comment flagged, checked users history and all looked good, yet lots of flagged comments - I suspected abuse of some form and turns out was a bug in a spam filter that tripped the user into being flagged. So please do contact them for clarity, they hate bugs like the rest of us and in this instance was equally glad it wasn't abuse - as was I. But if they are not made aware, it may get overlooked.
