I wish more people would take this advice. When you leave the site after deleting your account, and happen to revisit it (via clicking the OP), you realise that everyone is incredibly furious about so much - brexit, sexism, someone clumsily articulated a point in 280 characters. Being amped up to 11 for a good chunk of your day is definitely not healthy for you, and probably makes you lose sight of the actual problems going on around you.
