I'm only dropshipping, so I imagine it would be like buying Panadol at Walmart, you would be suing Panadol, not Walmart. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

- sorbus 16y agoI'm pretty sure that if Walmart sold something which was dangerous they would end up being sued along with the manufacturer; not saying that it is dangerous, just that you might have some liability. I am, however, not a lawyer, and the best advice I can give is to find a lawyer and talk to them about it. Don't put it off, because even if there are no potential legal issues you are probably much, much better off knowing that for sure instead of guessing.
