> The entire concept of a Brave Verified Publisher stinks. I agree. As much as I dislike how much control Google has over the web. I think it would be much worse if Brave were to catch on. As far as I can tell the Brave verification system seems to be completely centralized and proprietary. If Brave became the de facto monetization strategy on the web then pretty much everyone would have to use the Brave browser. Websites might even start blocking others browsers to prevent lost revenue.
