Mine states that I shouldn't have any side gigs. It's absolutely forbidden. Exceptions may be and possible but must be explicitly told, agreed to, and written in paper. The reasoning is that one 40 hour job is enough to depelt a worker - if you do a side gig you won't be able to put in the same quality work in your job.
