I have a 2016 MB Pro and the keyboard had serious issues which were also reported by Apple for recall: https://support.apple.com/keyboard-service-program-for-mac-notebooks https://support.apple.com/keyboard-service-program-for-mac-n... It resulted in two of my keys to completely BREAK and here Apple is now not willing to replace the keyboard. Sticky != Broken. That sucks so hard.
