It sounds like the worst thing Cooper is being accused of is yelling at people. That's pretty common and I'm surprised that he would be suspended for that alone. Surely there's more to the story, right?
- erikpukinskis 7y agoThere are different kinds of yelling at people, some more tolerable than others. But no kind of yelling at people is appropriate at work.
- empath75 7y agoI can imagine situations where ‘don’t push that button’ or whatever is appropriate to yell.
- erikpukinskis 7y agoThere are exceptions to every rule. Don’t yell at your coworkers I think is a pretty strong guideline though.
