Yes, they have MEMS, looked at those a while back, was after something that I could add external mics as I need in my case and kinda ended up looking for a 5 mic input solution. Which last I looked entailed an external music input via USB unless I made something from scratch (would like to do that though wanted to work on the software and viability aspect of what I had in mind).
