You know what's missing from this review? It doesn't have any "I tried this and it worked" or "I tried this and it didn't work" or "This goes against XYZ scientific study, so I'm hesitant to try it." In fact, I don't see any substance at all really, aside from gathering that the guy doesn't like Tim Ferriss.
