Just out of curiosity: in your experience, do you think offering a free tier instead of a short time-limited trial pays off in terms of attracting paid customers?
- edoceo 7y agoSince ours is GPL, that's our free tier. The supported/hosted/training version is paid, first, 15 day full refund then pro-rated. 15 works better than 30 for us.
