>What non-drug user would want to live in a town where someone shooting heroin in public is not removed from the street? I know I wouldn't. I was in Portland and watched a guy shooting up on a bench middle of the day, tons of people around, he was screaming for no one to look at him, police at the other end of the block. I appreciated that I was just visiting.
