IIRC the blitter was just a normal coprocessor. I'm pretty certain it wasn't embedded in any way in the memory.

- tejtm 7y agoAs I recall there was "chip" ram and "fast" ram. So maybe not embedded for all definitions but certainly processing chips with privileged access to a subset of memory
