- acollins1331 7y ago"get a dataset that can help you solve some problem". Oftentimes designing and creating the dataset is as difficult as coming up with an experiment in the natural sciences. If your problem is solved by a toy dataset on the internet, then it's not really a problem, and its only machine learning in the same way programming bubble sort is software engineering.
