Someone at HS2 PR needs to hire this man and then connect him to a subeditor
- isostatic 7y agoInt he last few months HS2 has swung it's PR to emphasise the capacity -- although they still aren't giving concrete or even example figures of what that means (12tph from Milton Keynes for example)
