- johngarang 16y agoThis is along the lines of a startup idea I've been kicking around for a bit as well. Interested to hear (eventually) what tacks the two YC teams are taking.
- acgourley 16y agoSame here. It shouldn't come as a surprise, it's a problem most of us have faced from both sides, and it's a problem that has a direct monetization path. Finally, recruiting is something only a small % of technical people are really good at, so it makes sense to let them sell their comparative advantage.
