I can easily imagine a future where people on the spectrum are more than half of the workforce of some companies.
Simply because it's generally easier and more efficient for Aspies to work with other Aspies.
And I think that might open a whole new range of problems...
- sylk 7y agoMy last senior dev was an aspie and I aswell. We connected on levels that none of the other team mates could. It was like a perfect interface for communicating everything. I miss working with him. Unfortunately my boss really didn't like how I behaved socially and I got alienated over time. I quit to pursue something else, and I haven't seen a co-worker in days.
