- _1tan 7y ago1. It's delicious 2. It's nutritious 3. Too many people eat bad chocolate 4. There lies a very interesting challenge in creating more heat-resistant chocolate (think climate change) 5. It's a fragmented, huge market. 6. I was looking for a hobby involving manual labour that has the potential to turn into a company
