- crispyambulance 7y agoAin't gonna happen. In reality, our cyberpunk overlords will fall over themselves to provide the best level of service to the highest paying autocratic government customers.
- jessaustin 7y agoIs there a meaningful difference between a "fine" levied on the state by a firm and a fee the state pays the firm for a service? I'm reminded of Joe Nacchio... there's a guy who didn't understand this business.
