- m4wk3r 16y agoit's actually now understood that the balance of sodium to potassium in your diet is what's important, and not necessarily your sodium intake levels alone.
- Dylanlacey 16y agosudo make chickenbroth Sodium? Last time I made it, approximately... None. With the exception of what was in the chicken and the veggies. Seriously, it's not hard. Slow cooker, veggies, chicken frame and water. 12 hours, strain, freeze.
