- astura 7y agoSure, attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and professionalism are required as well. Technical skills, attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and professionalism are really all you need to work with your colleagues successfully. Hobbies, pet preference, and exercise preference is irrelevant.
