You beg the question that free information is always a good thing, and that anything which gets in the way is censorship -- in other words, evil. There are ways that information can be used to cause harm. If it were not the case we wouldn't need encryption. As a society, we must be capable of enacting laws that define when information is harmful and thus not allowed. Is this censorship? Is it evil?
