It definitely smells bad. For me it's not at all cold: it's very consistently nearly perfect weather for me. To me, Atlanta summers are comically, miserably hot. My favorite thing about SF is that it is rarely hot and it's relatively close to incredible mountains. I'm certainly not here for the nightlife, food scene, or art/creative scene, but more power to those who are.
