No, the 12lb figure takes its own weight into account.

- maxerickson 7y agoYou can infer it easily enough, the weights are based on the reduction in energy use. It doesn't say that the reduction in energy use is like shedding 1 pound while running, it says it's like shedding 12 pounds while running.
