Blocking roads hurts small businesses more. Large businesses are more likely to be opportunistic; why would they care?

- abcdefghijklmn3 7y agoThey are state capitalists. China's communism was replaced when Mao Zedong died and Deng Xiaoping reformed the economy. They still call themselves communists, but they are opportunists. Over the past 200 years or so, China has been schooled in political pragmatism.
