How does competition programming style interviews discriminate against ADHD? I know there's different types of ADHD but the type I'm most familiar with is the one with a relationship between attention/focus & stimulation. High stimulation = high attention/focus. So interviews wouldn't be a disadvantage at all, unless they were incredibly boring.
