Except it has been shown that CEO pay doesn't correlate to better performance.
- Glyptodon 7y agoI'm not saying it does correlates, I'm saying that the idea that it would be worth it to pay a lot more for small % increases in performance makes sense, so people pay like they can pick winners regardless.
