I do this, and I actually had to use it for the first time yesterday when calling a credit card company. The rep said "I'll need your security question answer... is this right? It looks like it's just a bunch of numbers and letters?" Then I confirmed and started reading it out to her, and she hung up on me. I think I should move to correct-horse-battery-staple style in the future.
