Disclaimer: I work for Amazon, in a job unrelated to Ring
- morganvachon 7y agoThis[1] is why I will never have a Ring doorbell camera. The slippery slope is becoming a vertical drop; Amazon (with the best of intentions, surely) is conditioning people to allow warrantless wiretaps and searches as if they are the new normal. - buro9 7y agoA product owned by Amazon would be the bottom of my list. I have concerns with how Amazon love to collect data, mine data, use it to find new profit areas. Applying this logic to Ring produces not-nice outcomes.
