Google interviewees are asked to sign an NDA regarding the interview questions, mostly so that no one can look smarter than they are by studying those specific questions. Some candidates do forget it and leak information, but since bullshitters sign nothing, the bs quotient is high.
- Nitramp 16y agoI actually wasn't asked to sign an NDA (in Switzerland). Maybe someone just forgot that, or they realize that creating a legally binding NDA is quite hard in Europe.
- brown9-2 16y agoPretty sure the NDA co era confidential info you might learn about the company and upcoming projects/products/plans, not their interview methods. I dont have access to it right now but I've posted the exact language from it in the recen past on another thread relates to Google's interviews.
