Hiring a recruiter is as hard as hiring other employees... but if you need to hire a bunch of people, it could easily be a good investment. Thing is, a lot of companies open the doors to a number of recruiters and get swamped.

      So if a developer recommends one, odds are they're very good, given that we tend to have a natural disdain for them.
