Sorry, poor choice of words on my part. "Seem to have". It's anecdata, it doesn't seem (to me) to get much media coverage. My point being, if you want to break into one of these offices, there are easy ways which can't be easily mitigated against. If you want to do it covertly... get a job as a waiter at that restaurant...
