I don't understand why this is called a flying car and not a quadcopter. Cars by definition have 4 wheels and drive around.

I don't understand why this is called a flying car and not a quadcopter. Cars by definition have 4 wheels and drive around.
- omeid2 7y agoSame thing as AI vs Algorithm.
- adrianmonk 7y agoIt is supposed to cover many of the same use cases as a car. Also, "car" has many meanings already: passenger car, train (or subway or roller coaster) car, and elevator car. It doesn't seem unreasonable to add another.
