I'm lost as to how this will be effectively enforced. I've got a 2015 15" MBP that I use as a daily driver and after submitting the serial to apple shows "It's not in the affected serial number range. Our records show that your device has already been serviced as part of this Program." But how on earth would the TSA ever know to check or tell the difference, unless they ask you straight up.
