- the_seraphim 7y agoThat camera is facing the window... the light changes as cars go past, trees move and the algorithm will detect that as movement that it happens to be vaguely human shaped is more a coincidence of our propensity to pattern match and it based in the wetware. to my eye i see hotspots on the corners of the gaps in the blinds, right where changes in the light would make the most difference. The manufacturer is correct in that this camera is installed incorrectly and should be facing the baby, not a lighted window. but then it could be ghosts too i guess o((⊙﹏⊙))o
