It could work if they have a very large portfolio in high-demand areas and can save on administration costs.
- jnordwick 7y agoSounds like they are buying the places that people wanted to move into so the fund will naturally own houses in demand to some extent.
- KennyCason 7y agoCorrect. It’s a little bit of both. We both select housing markets that meet various criterium we’ve set as well as seeing where customer demand drives us.
